Let’s break the wheel of chasing a specific physique or look.
Instead, let’s refocus our intention to:
- Improving our overall health.
- Feeling better, both physically and mentally.
- Incorporating more purposeful MOVEMENT in our daily life.
- Enjoying the activities that we are engaging in.
- Building a healthier relationship with our body that involves learning what OUR body needs.
- Exploring new ways to expand our connection with who we are.
The wheel we are on has us chasing what works for someone else in hopes that it works for us.
The wheel we are on has us trying to fit who we are in a box.
The wheel we are on does not prioritize our individual needs.
It’s time to throw out the “protocols”, the “get fit quick” schemes, and discover what you NEED.
It takes courage to do this.
It takes stepping out of your comfort zone.
It takes going against the grain.
I know it isn’t easy. Trust me…I am doing this every single day.
But the outcome is far more fruitful than any wheel I have ever been on.
