New to paddleboarding but curious to try? This 60-minute group class keeps it simple and supportive. We’ll go over the fundamentals—balance, paddling technique, steering, and how to get back on your board after a fall. Great for anyone who’s tried paddleboarding once or twice or is stepping on for the first time. You’ll learn alongside others who are also new, without any pressure to perform.

Step out of your comfort zone and onto the water in this beginner-friendly class. We’ll guide you through 40 minutes of gentle movement on the paddleboard to build confidence and connection, followed by 15 minutes of breathwork, meditation, and the calming sound of singing bowls—yes, on the water. No experience needed—just a willingness to explore. Boards provided unless noted. Come float, breathe, and find your balance.
