I am here to make this experience as comfortable as possible. Inside the office building is not always the best locale to support your healing so we may move it outdoors. I have conducted sessions along walking trails in the woods as well as along the lake. I have even conducted an emotional trauma release session on a paddleboard in the middle of the lake. If given the chance the positive energy flow of nature can help you tap into your own energy and help provide balance.
